Ariel Ruby is an emerging artist and freelance designer based between Sydney
and Hobart. Her practice explores fluid boundaries between reality and fantasy,
in an ecological and technological context where material distinctions of the
natural or artificial are dissolved. The affect and effects of liquidity and plasticity
are extended through a variety of mediums spanning video, photography and
sculpture, culminating in installation contexts.
